hola tengo un inconveniente con la sincronizacion de una persona en mi equipo, sus datos no han subido al entorno de descarga y en su celular no estan. hay algo que pueda realizar para subir los datos tomados?

Now going back to your question, can you clarify what kind of data was taken and not uploaded? Can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
