Pueden revisar si hay alguna intermitencia, no estan funcionando los widget en ningun formulario

Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested one of your forms and everything seems to work fine. Can you provide me which form and which widget are you having issue with?
I cleared your form cache as a precaution. Clearing form cache is one of the ways to troubleshoot or refresh your forms. It won’t cause you to lose any data, and it’s safe and easy to perform.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
