Now, coming back to your question, if you decide to change your subscription plan, let me show you how to do it:
- In My Forms, click on the Profile/Avatar in the top right of the Jotform window.
- Next, click on Settings.
- Then, go to the Billing tab.
- Click on the Change Plan button.
- Select Yearly from the top bar menu.
- Click on the Get Started button under the Silver plan.
- Confirm your Payment Schedule and Method.
- Tick that you agree to our T&Cs.
- Finally, click on Continue.
