Ya me habían reactivado la cuenta y lo primero que hice fue eliminar el formulario que devolvía un falso positivo que ya lo habian puesto en lista blanca y logre entrar y descargue la app de Jotform y nuevamente me manda a bloqueo... Ahora que paso?

Now, coming back to your question. Our phishing detector has mistakenly suspended your account for Spam. So after further checking and confirming that your forms have no offending fields in forms and your email notifications, I've reactivated your account.
