Now, coming back to your question, I believe you are talking about submission data not showing on the downloaded PDF version of it. To help you with the issue, can you share the form link or URL in question so we can check it for you and try to replicate it on our end? Let me show you how to get it:
- In your account's My Forms, hover your mouse over the form and click on More on the right side of the page.
- Next, click Publish Form.
- The Publish modal will show up and just click Copy Link.
- Once done, paste it together with your reply on this thread.
You can also share some additional details that can help us understand the issue more, so we can find options to help you.
