Mi cuenta llego al límite de respuestas mensuales.

    Hola,

    Tengo una cuenta Silver que me permite subir 25.000 respuestas en 50 Forms distintos, pero en 1 de ellos llegue al tope "mensual". ¿Como se puede restaurar esta condición, si esque yo necesito 20,000 respuestas en 1 mes?

    About the issue, as I have checked you have our Silver plan. This plan can only have up to 2500 submissions monthly and you have 2501 / 2500. Submissions are the total number of entries from all your forms or imports your account can have monthly. This will reset and in your case, it will reset every 30th of the month. To increase your submission limit, you can upgrade to the Gold plan. Take a look at the screenshot below:

    The total submission storage of 25,000 is the maximum number of entries, from all your forms, you can keep in your account (can also be freed by purging form entries). Exceeding this limit deletes the oldest form entry to make room for the new submission. You can check out this guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

    I want to know if I buy the gold plan in my current account, would I start with 10,000 submissions or would I start from the 2500 that I left with?

    Hi jotformcial,

    As I have checked, you subscribed to our paid plan on August 05, 2024. If you upgrade today, you will be charged for the plan difference of the Gold Subscription. About the usage, it will not reset you will still have the 2501 counted against the new limit of 10,000.

    How can I deactivate the CAPCHA questions at the end of the survey. Some people have had a hard time answering them and waste time.
