Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I see that the email address armando@puntodelmar.com.mx has been added to our Bounce List. This is why the emails are not being sent. Please add noreply@jotform.com to your contacts list to avoid bouncing email issues. You can also contact your email service provider and have them whitelist our IPs and Domains on this page.
I removed your email armando@puntodelmar.com.mx from the bounce list, can you please test the form again?
