Buenas tardes, comentarles que actualmente uno de los formularios (Over Quota | Jotform) muestra un cuadro de Over Quota, pero actualmente no presentamos restricción alguna. Adjunto pantallazos:
Quedamos atentos a su pronto y gentil apoyo, ya que necesitamos utilizar este formulario cuanto antes.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, I have reviewed your account, and you are within your account limits. I have cleared your form cache, and the issue has been resolved, as shown in the screenshot.
You can also clear your cache manually. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.
