Hi Isreal,
Do you mean that the form fillers were not able to receive the PDF along with the email after approval? I cloned your form to see if I could replicate the issue and I got the same experience. You would need to choose a PDF in the settings first in order to send it out. Let me show you how:
- In Approval Flow, click on the Settings icon of Email element.
- Choose the PDF that you would like to be attached in the email.
- Click on Save button.
For the Email content, you can also adjust the settings in the same pop up. See instructions below:
- Go to Advanced section.
- Select Edit button for Notification Email.
- Change the email content and click on Save Email button.
