Now, coming back to your question. I checked your form and the products field is not set to required, that is why it is not accepting payments since the product is not selected and payment details are not entered. You will need to make the My Products field required. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click Mis Productos field and click the gear icon.
- Toggle the slider for Required to ON.
After that, please do a test submission. If the issue still persists, try to refresh the integration by removing it and adding it back. Usually, if we remove the Square Integration and then integrate it again, that gets things working again. Let me show you how to do it:
- Open your form in Form Builder, then click on the Product List field.
- Click on the Wand icon on the field, and click on Settings in the menu that opens up.
- Now, click on the green Connected button and select Disconnect.
- Then, click on Connect and connect the Integration again.
- Click on Continue, and that's it.
If you continue to have the same problem, be sure to check your Square account to make sure that everything is set up right.
