Buen día
Cordial saludo
Gracias y quedo atento

Hi Calidad,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Hi Calidad,
I cloned and tested your form. I was able to see the problem, The first approver on your flow only has one email field as an approver, However if you check, you have four email fields indicated on the form fields. If the other fields are not filled, that will cause an error. You also need to make sure that the email addresses that you set as default values can't be edited.
If what you want is to indicate the email address of the immediate superior based on the selection of the submitter for the field Jefe Inmediato. We need to add an additional email field that will store the email address based on the selection , which we will use as the first approver on your flow. We also need to setup conditions that will populate the correct email address based on their selection. Let me show you how:
Setting the Email field to read only
- In Form Builder, select the email field that you want to set as read only.
- Click on Properties, then go to the Advanced Tab.
- Scroll down and look for Read only. Turn it on.
Add an Email field Element
- In Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
- Under the Basic tab, scroll down to Email, and drag and drop a Email element to your form.
- Click on the newly added Email field, go to Properties.
- Go to the Advanced Tab, and turn on Hide field.
Setting up the conditions
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Add the condition by clicking the Add Condition Button. Set up the condition based on the screenshot below:
Change Repeat steps for the other two email address. The email selected field would be the container of the selected email address based on their superior.
Adding the new Email Field as the First approver
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Approval Flow in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Edit the approval flow by clicking on the Pencil icon. Go to the first approver flow and click on it.
- Click on Settings, then go down to approvers and select Form Fields.
- Add the New Email Field, this will populate the email address of the selected superior.
You can also check this guide on how to Create an approval flow. Check the Results below. The email address that will be placed on the email selected field will be the email assigned to the Superiors based on your condition.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions.
