Es muy raro que rebasemos nuestro plan actual por razones extraordinarias en este mes ya rebasamos el numero de visualizaciones sin embargo queremos seguir recibiendo los formularios, pero no queremos migrar al siguiente plan anual.

Now, coming back to your question, I reviewed your account usage limits and it does show that you have exceeded your Form Views limits for the month. Form limits are counted each time your form is loaded or reloaded. As for how the views has been reached, it's possible that the form submitters reloaded the form multiple times on their browser or it is also possible that the form is embedded on a website and the web page where the form is embedded has been accessed multiple times. You can checkout the guide here to understand more about the Form views limit.
You have 2 options, the first option is to upgrade to the next higher plan, which is the Silver plan to increase your Views usage limit. You can checkout the complete list of features and limits for each available plan here. The second option is to wait for the monthly limit reset on your account . If you want to get more information on the forms traffic details for the form views you can try using the Form analytics feature here. If you want to limit who can access your form you do have the option to password protect your form.
