    De repente se ha suspendido mi cuenta sin ningún sentido, por tanto esto retrasa todo mi trabajo, solicito su reactivación inmediata por favor, necesito acceder a mi cuenta para no retrasar los pedidos a mis clientes.

    As for your question, when I checked your account, I noticed that it is suspended due to phishing. One of your forms, which ID is 242072518650352, violates Jotform's Terms of Use. When I checked the form, I noticed that some fields ask for private information like Identity Number. If you allow us to remove these personal information on your form, we'll delete these fields and will be able to activate your account.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with the issue.
