QUIERO CANCELAR LA SUSCRIPCIÓN AL FINALIZAR EL PERIODO ACTUALMENTE VIGENTE.
NO QUEREMOS CONTINUAR CON EL SERVICIO AL HABER FINALIZADO LA NECESIDAD.
NO ENCUENTRO NINGÚN SITIO DONDE INDICAR LA FINALIZACIÓN DE LA SUSCRIPCIÓN.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I see that your next billing date will be on August 22, 2024. If you cancel your subscription today, your account will be downgraded to the Starter plan at the end of your current billing period. Let me show you how to cancel your subscription:
1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Profile Image/Avatar icon, and click on it.
2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.
3. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.
4. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.
Then, you'll see a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Just follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
