Hi AlianzaSeguros,
I noticed that in one of your forms you have set up a number element to request weight and height, however, if you want to add decimals, it is easier to use a short text field. You can apply an input mask with a fixed decimal separator comma, and validate only numeric values. Let me show you:
- On Form Builder, add a Short text element to the form, and click on the pencil icon next to it to open its properties.
- Go to the Options tab, select the numeric option in the Validation section, and then set up the input mask the following way:

You can also find a Height converter widget and a Body weight converter widget in the form builder that you can try out if you'd like. Here is the URL of the test form I used so you can clone it and check out the configurations on your end.
