¿Cómo restaurar datos eliminados de la tabla Jotform?

Hola, equipo de Jotform,

Estoy intentando restaurar los datos de una tabla después de haber perdido información debido a una modificación realizada en el formulario correspondiente donde eliminé el campo, pero posteriormente restauré la versión en le formulario. Sin embargo, al seguir los pasos de restauración en la tabla de datos, el botón correspondiente aparece deshabilitado y me indican que contacte con el soporte técnico.

Agradezco mucho su apoyo, ya que he perdido información en dos tablas y hasta el momento no he podido recuperar nada.

Now, coming back to your question, just to clarify, did you delete a form element on the Form Builder page? If yes, you will need to restore back the deleted form element to recover the deletes submission data. Here's how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, on the upper center part of the screen, click on the green text under the form title.

2. On the right panel, select a revision version.

3. Click on Revert.

Thank you for your response. The issue isn't directly related to the form or the deleted field, as I was able to restore the field. The problem lies with the data associated with that field, which has disappeared from the table chart linked to the form. I attempted to revert to the last saved version of the table chart, but when I tried, the system prompted me to contact you. Please review the attached video for further clarification.

I have reviewed your screen recording and, if I understand correctly, the concerned field is the one removed from your form on the Form Builder page. Is that correct? If yes, please take note that any deleted field on the Form Builder page will also include all its associated submission data, since the column on the Tables page is connected to the form element on the Form Builder page. If you have already restored the deleted form element, could you check if the missing column is not hidden? Here's how to do it:

1. In Tables, on the right side of the screen, click on Columns.

2. Search for the concerned column.

3. If the checkbox of the concerned column is not checked, tick the checkbox on its left side to display it on the Tables.
