No se puede acceder a la cuenta y los formularios de Jotform debido a la suspensión de la cuenta

Buen día, los contacto porque necesito saber poruqe se me suspendio la cuenta y los formularios. La ceunta esta liagada al correo anteriomente mencionado

Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Visa Canada - La girando that was flagged as offering a fake service. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. Please note that deleting the form also deletes all of the data collected via that form. You can recreate the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
