Tenemos un formulario que uno de los pasos están asignados a una persona que ya no trabaja con nosotros. Necesito que otra persona los gestione, pero a pesar de que yo modifico su dirección de correo electrónico, ella no los recibe.

Hi Adriana,
If you have already changed the Approver's email to the correct person and now would like to have the approval happen again with the new user, we can restart the approval flow. It's easy to do that. Let me show you.
- On your Jotform Inbox, click on the Three Vertical Dots icon on the upper right corner of the page, on the submission you want it to restart.
- Click on Restart Approval Request.
And that's it. Now this submission will need approval again and the right person will receive it.

No tengo esa opción para hacerlo. En ese caso qué puedo hacer? tengo varias solicitudes que necesito reasignar.

As for your question, to restart the approval workflow, you can edit and resubmit the submission. Here's how:
- First, ensure that the "Restart Approval on Submission Edit" option is enabled in your Approval Flow settings.
- In your Jotform Inbox, click on the three vertical dots in the upper right corner of the page.
- Select Edit, then resubmit the form.
- The Approval Flow will restart, prompting the approval process again.
