¿Cómo agregar aplicaciones Jotform a Playstore o Appstore?

Now, coming back to your question, Unfortunately, the Apps created from Jotform App Builder cannot be hosted via the Playstore or AppStore, they can only be shared via the direct link, via email, or by downloading a QR code to be scanned by the users. When users open your app, they will have the option to add it to their device's home screen, effectively making it a regular app. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my result:
