Cuenta suspendida

    Buenos dias.

    Mi cuenta ha sido suspendida. El objetivo del formulario es que el personal de nuestra empresa (Shelbyville) se registre con su documentacion. No es de uso publico, es solamente uso privado de nuestro personal.


    Por favor pido puedan habilitar la cuenta y el formulario.

    Nuestra empresa es un Parque Cementerio Jardin. Su pagina es www.sumajsama.com, mi correo de la empresa es carlos.aramayo@sumajsama.com

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Registro De Personal that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    For us to reactivate your account, we’ll need your permission to delete the offending form. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate email. 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.

    Please proceed with the changes that you suggest.

    Is there an option to only change the mail to a corporate one avoiding delete the form? :)

    Hi Alberto, 

    If you believe that your account was suspended in error, we’ll need you to do the following:

    • Send us the URL where your form is used.
    • Send us a link to your website or proof of affiliation with a legitimate institution.
    • Change your registered email to a corporate one to avoid getting flagged again by our phishing detector.

    Send all of these to reviewers@jotform.com with Thread# 17094981 as the subject, and we’ll let you know the status of your account after we’ve done a thorough review of them. However, if you want to proceed with us deleting the form, we can reinstate the account immediately.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
