Now, coming back to your question, your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulario Solicitud de Visa 2024 that was tagged as spam/phishing. We understand that this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.
I did check your form, and it looks like the tagging was a false positive, so I reactivated your account and whitelisted the form. You should be able to log in now.

Hello rene,
I appreciate your prompt response, when I received it I was able to log into my account again. However, when I was editing some fields of my form, the platform immediately took me out of editing and the indicator appeared again that my account is suspended again for the same previous reason.

After checking, I saw that it was suspended again for collecting sensitive information:
You may collect some sensitive information such as passport information, but you are required to use the best security practices of Jotform Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to sensitive information. If you need to collect this information, please add the following field to your form:
- An agreement stating the usage of sensitive information. You can use the Short Scrollable Terms widget or the Terms & Conditions widget.
- Digital signature field. You can use the E-Signature widget or the Smooth Signature widget.
- You may also need to use your business email address on Jotform your profile rather than the public email address you currently using.
I've gone ahead and reinstated the account once more. You can now continue working with your form and make changes to it to avoid this kind of thing from happening again.
