How to restore form to it's previous version?

Hola buenos días, tenía un apartado de una aplicación con contenido y cuando he ido a añadir más información se ha borrado todo lo anteriormente hecho ¿Habría alguna posibilidad de recuperar la información anterior? Gracias

We have a Revision History feature that lets you revert your form to an older version. Let me show you how to use it:

1. At the top of the Form Builder page, click on the Timestamp under the title of the Form to open the Revision History.
2. Choose the version you want to restore the form to in the menu on the right side of the page.
3. Now, just click on Revert next to the version you want to revert it to. That’s it.
