Legacy: Annual plan qoute

    Estimado/a Jotform,

    Espero que se encuentren bien.

    Me dirijo a ustedes para solicitar una cotización detallada de mi plan anual en Jotform. También me gustaría recibir información sobre los métodos de pago disponibles para dicho plan.

    Agradecería que incluyeran en la cotización los siguientes detalles:

    • Coste total del plan anual.
    • Beneficios y características incluidas en el plan.
    • Descuentos o promociones aplicables.
    • Métodos de pago aceptados (tarjeta de crédito, transferencia bancaria, PayPal, etc.).
    • Plazos y condiciones de pago.

    Quedo atento/a a su pronta respuesta. Muchas gracias por su atención y colaboración.

    I just wanted to remind you that I'll be helping you in English using Google Translate because our Portuguese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. But, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Hi Digepi,

    Your current plan has a detailed quotation and it renews automatically. You can check it out by checking your billing page. Let me show you how to go there:

    1. Go to Account Billing page.
    2. If you have an active subscription, click on View under Details.Legacy: Annual plan qoute Image 1 Screenshot 20

    Your plan has a $390 USD Legacy Silver yearly plan, and it will renew on July 24, 2024. For the accepted cards, you just need to make sure to have a valid credit card on file, so when the renewal happens, it is not declined. You can check out this guide about How to Change Your Billing Credit Card.

    You can also check out this guide about How to check invoices. Once you make downgrades or upgrades, it will be done at the current pricing, and there will not be an option to go back to the legacy Silver yearly plan that you have.
