    Buenas,

Hay alguna opcion que despues de enviar el formulario, la persona reciba el formulario en su email en formato Pdf junto con los archivos que suben?

    Gracias.

    Hi Pilar,

Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can attach a PDF file that contains the submission data on the Autoresponder Email. By default, the link to the file uploaded by the user is automatically added into the Email Content of the Autoresponder Email. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

    2. Click on Emails on the left side of the screen.

    3. Hover your cursor over the Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Go to Advanced.

In order for your form users to access the uploaded file, you will have to disable your account security setting Require log-in to view uploaded files. Here's how to do it:

    1. In Security, turn off Require log-in to view uploaded files.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
