Buenas tardes, se puede hacer que los archivos de la papelera no se almacenen por tanto tiempo (30 dias) sino que se puedan eliminar en menos tiempo.

Now, coming back to your question. Please note that deleted submissions are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you will need to restore them. However, if you need to permanently delete submissions right away, then you will to purge them from the trashed entries section of the Jotform Table. Let me show you how:

1. In Jotform Table, click the three dots beside the form name and select Trashed entries.

2. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.

3. Click Delete Forever.

4. Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.

Unfortunately, there's no option to reduce the 30-day period that an entry can be stored in the Trash folder. You would have to manually purge the entries from the Trash if you need them to be purged earlier than 30 days.
