¿Cómo editar la advertencia del formulario en mi formulario?

    Hola, en mi cuestionario cuento con el widget ''Agenda'' donde el cliente puede seleccionar una fecha.

    Cuando el cliente completa la encuesta y este día ya a sido cogido por otra persona, aparece un mensaje de error al finalizar la encuesta y entonces se pierde toda la información rellenada.

    Me gustaría saber si puedo redireccionar al cliente a ese campo para que lo modifique sin perder la información, y si no, saber como puedo modificar y editar el mensaje de error.

    Now, coming back to your question, as I understand it, when someone completes your survey form and someone else chooses the same date, all of that respondent's fields are lost. Is this an issue, or is this a request? Could you please clarify so that we can provide a workaround if possible?

    When you said to redirect the respondents to the field without losing information, which fields are you referring to that you want them to be redirected? Also, let me show you how to edit your form warnings:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Settings at the top bar menu.
    2. Then, click on the Show More Options and click on the Edit button beside the Form Warnings.
    3. Edit your preferred warnings, then click on Save Changes.

    No, I mean that when a customer is filling out the questionnaire at the beginning of it, he is asked to select a date to place the order. When he has selected this date, he continues answering, the questionnaire is quite long so it takes him quite a while.


    My concern is that in that time another person goes ahead and requests the same date and therefore, finishes the survey before. Respondent 1 would lose the date and when he clicks the "SEND" button, he would get an "ERROR" message because the questionnaire could not be completed correctly, since the date has already been requested.


    When this "error" message appears when sending the survey; it is a pop-up window, I would like to know if I can edit this window.


    And I would also like to know if instead of this window directing him to complete the survey again, I could send the customer to the "CALENDAR" tab so that he can request another day without losing the information already filled out.
