Hola,
Algunos usuarios llenan mi formulario y se supone debe llegarles un correo automático a su correo; sin embargo, no les está llegando nada y tampoco aparece en "spam" o "no deseados". El ejemplo que tengo es del correo: kenjimucching@gmail.com

Now, coming back to your question, Are you referring to the form Solicitud de Recuperación? If not, please send us the form so we can check. I checked the email logs, and I see that the submission from the form was sent to filler. Sometimes, it takes time for the email to be sent. If the filler did not receive the email, please send us the submission ID, so we can check it on our end. I've cleared your form caches to refresh the form.
