Hola buenas tardes, saludos.
Gracias
Carlos Silva

Hi carlosedsilva,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question. In case you will, the monthly submission limit of 1000, your forms will be disabled. When you hit a monthly limit, you can either wait for the counter to reset on the first day of the limit reset period, or upgrade your account to increase your limits. You can view the start date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your Account page. Let me show you how:
- Hover your mouse over your avatar/profile on the top-right of the page and click Settings.
- Go to the Usage tab on the left-hand side of the page. You will see under monthly usage on when the monthly limit resets.
When you downgrade your account, your forms will not be deleted. But, the limits in your account will adjust according to your Jotform Subscription. With the Starter plan, you can only have 5 active forms. If you have more than 5 forms, the remainder of your forms will be disabled. You can also check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
Also, If you cancel your subscription, I suggest that you download your submissions to avoid losing any data. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Let us know if you need any other help.
