    Now, coming back to your question, I see you moved a few entries to the Trashed Entries folder. The submissions in the Trashed Entries folder with uploaded files are still being counted against the Upload Space limit. Let me walk you through how to empty the Trashed Entries folder to free up space:

    1. Open the Submission Table.
    2. Click the three dots beside the table name.

    4. Check the Select All checkbox.
    5. Click on the Delete Forever button.

    I checked your account and the upload usage went down to 118.40 MB. It is still over the limit of 100 MB. So, you'll need to delete and purge more submissions.

    Hi talentohumanoyraka,

    The upload usage went down to 97.84 MB. The account is now active but the upload space is still almost full. So, you still need to delete more submissions to free up more space. Take note that the upload space is the total size of the files uploaded by the form fillers. It looks like the files uploaded to your forms are big in size. Take note that you can limit the file size that your users can upload. Here's how to do it:

    1. Click on the Gear icon next to the File Upload field.
    2. Go to the Options tab.
    3. Toggle on the Limit File Size button.
    4. Set the maximum file size you can accept.
