Las condiciones del correo electrónico no funcionan como se esperaba

Hola agradecerse que me puedan ayudar con el formulario "Agremiación Médica Platense - JUN24" ya que tengo dificultad con el tema de los envíos de mail de autorrespuesta ya que algo mal debo estar haciendo en las condiciones por que no me salen (recibo mas de un mail y no se respeta la condición logica) la cual deberia ser asi:

Selecciona cualquiera de estas 3 opciones: 

Solicitud de Alta

Descargar Certificado de Cobertura

Declarar Especialidad

se envie el mail de autorrespuesta: "AUTORRESPUESTA AL ASEGURADO)

En cambio, por otra parte, si lo que selecciona es "Solicitud de Aumento de Suma" que se envie el mail de autorrespuesta "Clone Of Autorrespuesta Aumento De Suma Con TARJETA DE CREDITO" (para quellos que hayam seleccionado Tarjeta de Credito en los medios de pago), pero, si selecciona como medio de pago débito en cuenta, entonces debe eviarse el siguiente mail de autorrespuesta: Autorrespuesta Aumento De Suma Con CBU

Por ultimo, si de todas las opciones elige "Solicitud de Baja" entonces que envie el mail de autorrespuesta: Autorrespuesta Bajas

If I understand what's happening correctly, you're having issues with your email conditions. When I checked your form, I see that there are conditions with a Not Equal to state. This can cause the email to trigger when other options are selected which could cause an issue.

I suggest optimizing your conditions by avoiding using this, especially when you have multiple states in different conditions. If you need help setting this up, please let us know a breakdown of which options and email templates you'd like to use together.
