Buenas tardes, suspendieron mi cuenta cuando solamente es un formulario de registro y elección de horarios para un curso.

Now, coming back to your question, Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Formulario that’s breaking our Terms of Use by collecting login credentials.
I've deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now.

Muchas gracias por responder, pero aún no puedo ingresar a mi cuenta. Me sigue saliendo cuenta suspendida.

Hi Hernan,
Can you try logging in now? You should now be able to log in as your account is already active. If you forgot your password, you can do a password reset. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main Page and click on Login.
2. On the login screen, click on Forgot Password.
3. Enter your email address and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll get an email with instructions about how to reset your password. In the email, click on Reset Password.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account.
