¿Cómo puedo completar el formulario escaneando el código QR?

O bien, que de alguna manera los dos formulario estén enlazados y la información recogida en uno, se traspase el otro con la lectura de código QR, ¿esto sería posible?

Unfortunately, you can't fill out the form by scanning a QR code. But you can link 2 forms together, and add an action button on the Thank-you page of Form A and ask users to fill out Form B. You can also prefill Form B by the answer given by the user in the Form A. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.

2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Thank You Page.

3. Now click on the Action Buttons.

4. In the menu that opens, hover your mouse over Fill Another Form.

5. In popup dialogue, click on Select a Form to be completed and choose a Form.

6. Click on Set Prefill and the toggle the Prefill Form Fields.

7. Map the fields between both forms, click on Save and then click on Create Button.

Aunque en este caso, no nos sirve esa solución, ya que lo que queremos es que en el momento de escanear el código QR a la llegada del evento, se cumplimenten VARIOS campos de forma automática en el formulario de control de acceso. ¿Esto es posible? Configurar el código QR para que almacene varios campos, no solo uno.

Although, it is not possible directly to create QR code from Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. As a workaround for that, you can create multiple prefill forms and can use any third party application to generate QR code and share with audience. Let me show you how you can create Prefill.

1. In Form builder, select Publish at the top.
2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Prefills.
3. Choose method of Prefill & click on Create Prefill form.

Una pregunta, el código de QR al escanearlo si tiene fondo negro no se puede escanear, ¿hay alguna forma de que se pueda escanear sea cuál sea el fondo? O bien, que el código QR se envíe con un marco blanco para que sea legible.

I've cloned your form and tested it, and I wasn't able to scan the QR code from the notification email on my mobile device. I'm getting an “Error detecting QR or barcode”. And this is because I'm using a black background on my device's email. Please note that QR Codes on a black or dark background can't be scanned with all QR Code scanner apps. I suggest sending the QR Code on a white background so it's easier to scan it.
