    Buenos días,

    Acabo de crear una cuenta y comprar una licencia GOLD.

    Tengo un par de dudas

    1. ¿La renovación anual será automática o debo solicitarla?
    2. El precio de las renovación será el mismo del precio de compra?
    3. en caso de que el precio de la renovación no sea el mismo que el precio de compra, ¿Cuál sería el precio de dicha renovación?
    4. Si aún no sabemos el precio de la renovación, ¿con cuanto tiempo de antelación podremos saberlo?
    5. ¿Nos llegará algún aviso o recordatorio antes de efectuar la renovación?

    1. Will the annual renewal be automatic or do I have to request it?

    It will be automatic, but you can cancel it anytime/turn off the auto-renewal. Please know that you can stop the auto-renewal of the subscription by canceling it. By canceling, your subscription won't immediately stop, it will be finished on the scheduled date.

    2. Will the renewal price be the same as the purchase price?

    No, the initial upgrade is discounted (one-time only), and next renewals will cost regular pricing ($1188 - Gold yearly)

    3. If the renewal price is not the same as the purchase price, what would be the price of said renewal?

    $1188 for yearly Gold Plan

    4. If we still do not know the price of the renewal, how long in advance can we know it?

    The renewal price would be $1188 yearly for the Gold plan.

    5. Will we receive any notice or reminder before renewal?

    No, but we sent a welcome email about the auto-renewal. You can cancel the auto-renewal, so you don't have to think about it in the future.
