Saludos, iniciamos el mes, pero los servicios no se renovaron como mes a mes. Ejemplo, el número de envíos no se renovó

Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to the subscription plan on your account? I checked it on my end and it seems that you are on a Starter Plan because the card you used on your account doesn't have enough balance. Can you check your card again and add more balance so you can upgrade again? If you are referring to another account, can you provide the email address or username so we can also check?

Hi Miguel,
I checked our system, and I saw that you are trying to upgrade your account, but are unable to do so because the card that you are using has insufficient balance. If you are referring to resetting the monthly usage limit for the Starter plan, I saw that the limits on your account have been reset, so I cleared your form's cache, and you should be able to access your forms now.
Check out this screenshot showing that one of your forms is now working as expected:
Also, keep in mind that you are reaching your Total Submission Limit. We recommend that you upgrade your plan to get a higher Total Submission Limit or, Download your Submissions, and the file attachments, so you will not lose any data.
- On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
- Click the Download All button on the right side of the page.
- Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and also download the File Attachment.
Then, Delete them from the Submission Table and Purge them from the Trash Entries.
- While you are still in the Submission Table, select single or multiple entries and click on the Delete button in the upper right corner of the page.
- Then, Move To Trash.
- Select Trashed Entries from the Three Vertical dots icon in the top left corner of the page, click on the Select All button, choose the Delete Forever button, and then select Delete.
This way, you can free up some Total Submissions limit. Check our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits to learn more. You can also track your Total Submission limit from your account. Let me show you how:
- Assuming that you are logged in to your account, click on your Profile/Avatar in the upper right corner of the page, and select Settings.
- Then, click Usage from the left panel menu. That's it.
