To be valid to an audit, it would be recommended that you add a Signature field and enable the Sign Automation feature, which will make a message appear before submitting, that will require form users to give consent for their signatures and receive an audit trail for each signed document. 1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the top left part of the page.
2. Select Signature.
3. Now that the Signature widget is in your form, click on the Sign Automation icon.
4. Enable Sign Automation.
