Pero tras celebrarse el evento, ¿existe la forma de conseguir un listado con los datos de los asistentes que acudieron que tenga validez ante una auditoría?

Yes, you can do that with a form like control-de-accesos. To be valid to an audit, it would be recommended that you add a Signature field and enable the Sign Automation feature, which will make a message appear before submitting, that will require form users to give consent for their signatures and receive an audit trail for each signed document. It's easy to set it up. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the top left part of the page.
- Select Signature.
- Now that the Signature widget is in your form, click on the Sign Automation icon.
- Enable Sign Automation.
Your form will now have this message appear before users can submit it. Here's an example:
