Necesitamos enviar documentos generados a nuestro vendedores pero deben ser ciertos formularios no todos.
Adicionalmente en uno de los formularios al escribir un correo no se envian o no se generan copias automaticas a los correos escritos.

Hello, we need to be able to send copies of the forms sent with the emails written in it.
Jotform enables an option to fill out an email but it does not even have a function to send copies and we need that.
To contextualize, we use the forms for technical service, that is, check lists and reports executed in the field are generated.
Is there a possibility of having this function in the created forms?

Hello neomaq,
Things are much clearer now. It is possible to send a copy of the submission by setting up an autoresponder email in your form. Let me show you how to set that up:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Now, click on Add an Email.
- Then, select Autoresponder Email.
- Customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.
