Why are they generating extra charges on my debit card?

    Buenas tardes.


    Quiero que me aclaren porque tengo un cargo el dia 30 de abril de este año de $838.36 pesos y el 3 de junio otro por $838.04 pesos. Se supone que tengo el plan plata contratado. ¿Que tipo de plan tengo?

    Necesito me aclaren a la brevedad gracias.

    Now, coming back to your question, you have the Silver Monthly subscription on your account. This means that during your initial subscription, you selected the Silver Monthly plan, which costs $49 in USD. Jotform subscriptions are auto-renewed, so the system attempted to charge your card on May 29 and May 30 for renewal, but failed to do so. A third attempt was made on June 3rd, which was successful and charged you $49 in USD.
