    Hola, buen día.

    El sistema no pudo realizar el cobro de mi plan a mi tarjeta de crédito. Ya me aseguré de que todo funcione bien con mi tarjeta.

    ¿Me pueden ayudar a realizar el cobro automático con mi precio normal y reestablecer mi servicio?

    Si yo intento renovarlo, me aparece otro precio más alto.
