Tengo un fórmulario que no encuentro

Ayer en la tarde envié un formulario y hoy no me aparece ni como borrador ni como no sincronizado, necesito encontrarlo ya que es un informe del trabajo

No es un formato que yo haya creado, es uno que tengo asignado, ayer en la tarde lo envié y me apareció el chulito de entregado pero nunca llegó ni se guardó
