Hola necesito hacer una consulta. Si yo tenía la cuenta en nivel Bronce y aún me faltaban envíos y otras características porqué cuando actualize a nivel plata se siguió contando los envíos del nivel Bronce y no se actualizó al nivel empezando desde cero o mejor aún haberme sumado mis envíos que me quedaban creo que meresco una respuesta clara.

Now, coming back to your question, When you upgrade your plan/subscription, your limits would increase, but it would not go back to zero. Your Usage limits would reset every month. You can find out when your next limit reset period begins by looking at your Account Usage page.
