    Hi ticlicencias,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, you can set the form to be automatically disabled on a specific date and time from the Form Builder, let me walk you through how to do that:

    1. Go to the Settings tab of the Form Builder.
    2. Click the Enabled or the option under Form Status.¿Cómo desactivar automáticamente el formulario después de 5 días? Image 1 Screenshot 40
    3. On the modal, select Disable on specific date from the Form Status dropdown.
    4. Choose your preferred form expiration Date and Time.¿Cómo desactivar automáticamente el formulario después de 5 días? Image 2 Screenshot 51
    5. Type a custom error message when the form is disabled.
    6. Click Save to complete the process.¿Cómo desactivar automáticamente el formulario después de 5 días? Image 3 Screenshot 62

On the other hand, if your use case requires to you disable the form 5 days after a certain dynamic date, please share more details about your process, and we'll help you find a workaround to implement it.

Let us know if you need any more help.
