me gustaría realizar mi pago antes del cierre de mes la fecha de renovación es el 22 de julio pero me gustaría hacerla antes del 28 de junio, me podrían ayudar.

Now, coming back to your question, Jotform Subscriptions are recurring that means that it will automatically charge you on the same date as your purchase. At the moment, we do not have an option to pay in advance for your plan.
