How to send notification emails to multiple recipients?

now i am checking but i can not add more emails because i have this To use multiple recipients, please upgrade your account

Hi Misael,

In order to include additional recipients on your Notification Email, you must be on the paid plan. Consider upgrading your account on the Pricing page. Let me show you how to do that:

1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account. 

After upgrading your account, you can then create multiple Notification Emails with different recipients, or include multiple recipients in one Notification Email. There are two ways to do it. I’ll show you both ways:

The first is to add a recipient to your Notification Email:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. To edit it, click on the Pencil icon on the right side of the Notification Email.
4. Then, under the Recipients tab, just enter a new email address.

If you do it this way, the recipients can see each other's email addresses.

The second way is to add a new Notification Email:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Click on Add a New Email, and choose the Notification.
4. Now, under the Recipients tab, just add a new email address.
5. If you do it this way, the recipients can’t see each other's email addresses.
