Now, coming back to your question, your account appears to have reached its monthly submission limit. Please note that each account type has its own monthly submission limit. For the Bronze plan, you can receive up to 1,000 submissions per month. Currently, you are at 1,023. You can either upgrade to Silver with 2,500 monthly submissions or wait until your next reset date. The monthly limits reset on different dates for each account. Upon reviewing yours, I can see that it will reset on July 3, 2024. This information can also be viewed under your account usage. Here's an example:
