Now going back to your question, if you did not authorize the login, you can view your account history/activity logs to see the actions taken while the account was logged in by another user. You will also see the IP address of the device that was logged in and verify if it belongs to you.
Unusual Login Activity email alert may also be triggered if anyone from your team has VPN or used mobile internet connection with dynamic IP address. So you might want to check with them if there were any instances that they turned on VPN or use mobile data.
