How to make an ID card after submitting a form?

Hola!

Me gustaría saber si tenéis algún tipo de formulario que cree formatos de tarjetas con foto.

Donde rellenar nombre y subir una foto. Y automáticamente se cree una imagen de tarjeta. Como cuando te apuntas al gimnasio que te hacen un registro de un club y te dan una tarjeta con tu nombre y tu foto.

You can generate a PDF that will look like a card, and it can be received or downloaded after submitting the form. It is really easy to do. Let me show you how:

1. In PDF Editor, you can create a template for your card.
2. Select the Add Form Elements to add blocks and customize your form fields.
3. Click the Paint Roller icon to resize the PDF.

After making the PDF format for your card, we can attach it to your Autoresponder Email, so your form fillers will receive it after submitting the form. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
4. Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
5. Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
