Hola, acabo de crear modificar una plantilla vuestra y he creado un formulario pero yo lo que quiero es que sea un formulario de e-firma.
Cómo lo selecciono para convertirlo a e-firma?
Gracias

Hi centropsicologiaventura,
Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, are you referring to this form? If so, I see that the Jotform Sign automation is enabled in it. Which means the signatures that you collect from the form are legally binding. If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain a bit more so I can help you better?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

ok many thanks,
when creating previously a new e-firm form it did ask me beforehand my name and email before filling it. This is not happening when trying the form used today from your templates...so thats why I was wondering if this form is also an e-firm form with the same legal status as the one I tried before. Please advise.
Regards
Mar

Hi centropsicologiaventura,
Forms that are Jotform Sign automated do not ask for the signer's name and email beforehand. Please note that it is an expected behavior. However, all the signatures that you collect from the Jotform Sign automated forms are legally binding.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
