Now, coming back to your question, I cloned and tested your form and I see that you have Date Picker on your form. It is possible to change the start of the week to Monday by changing it in the Date Picker settings. Let me show you how;

1. In Form Builder, click on the Date Picker field.

2. Then click on the gear icon.

3. Go to Options and toggle on Calendar Popup.

4. And change the start of the week to Monday.
