    Hola,

    Estoy intentando hacer la compra de un plan de Jotform y solicita un número que no sé qué es lo que se debe de poner.

    Por favor solicito ayuda, la compra del plan será para implementar Jotform en mi empresa.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Spanish support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your question, you need to input your Tax Identification Number. The Tax Identification Number (NIF) is the numerical ID needed by a natural person (individual) or a legal person in order to do any procedures that may have any relevance for the Spanish Tax Agency.

    As a general rule, the Tax Identification Number of natural persons of Spanish nationality will be their Spanish National ID (DNI), followed by a verification code. For those who are not Spanish nationals, it will be the Foreigners' Identity Number(NIE), which is issued by the Ministry of Interior.

    According to our Billing team, you have to enter the VAT number of your company.

    Hola, no se cuál es el numero VAT de IVA de la empresa, dispongo de número CIF pero me sale el error mencionado anteriormente

    Si no dispongo de número de IVA se podrá solicitar una factura posteriormente al equipo de ventas con el numero CIF de mi empresa??

    I understand, but what I need is an invoice with a CIF number and not a VAT number. So my question is; If I make the payment without writing the VAT number, is it possible to request a personalized invoice later?
