    Hi produccionpeslac,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our Spanish Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Spanish, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I see that you've exceeded your Monthly Submission limit and Submission Storage. The Monthly Submission limit is the total number of submissions you can get per month. Currently, you have 2,501 / 2,500 submissions. When you hit this monthly limit, you can either upgrade your account to increase your limits or wait for the counter to reset, which happens during your limit reset period. You can view the date of your next limit reset period under the Usage tab of your account page. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to your Account Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left, click on Usage.

What does Total Submission storage mean? Image 1 Screenshot 20 Screenshot 10While the Total Submission storage is the total number of submissions you can keep in your account itself. Currently, you have the 22,894 / 25,000. If you exceed your limit, the oldest submission data will be deleted, giving way for the new ones to be received. Check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
